This six-month journey is designed to help you find confidence in your habits, build trust with your body, and transform the way you nourish yourself, both physically and emotionally. This isn’t a program to “fit into,” but a spacious partnership built entirely around you, with lasting, sustainable change in mind.
The partnership begins with a 75-minute deep-dive session to hear your full wellness story so I can shape a plan that aligns with your life, not just your labs or symptoms. From there, we’ll walk together through ten 60-minute follow-up sessions, intentionally spaced to support real-life progress and long-term wellness, not pressure.
Between sessions, you’ll have gentle, ongoing support to keep you anchored, motivated & encouraged as you build lasting habits.

The Lab Clarity Session
Clarity begins with a single session.
This is an in-depth session to explore your labs through a functional lens. Whether you're coming in with recent test results or simply a sense that something feels off, this space is yours to ask questions, gather insight, and walk away with grounded recommendations you can begin applying right away.
We’ll spend 75 minutes reviewing your labs, connecting the dots, and outlining a personalized plan with nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement support (if applicable) based on your unique needs.
This is a good fit if you’re looking for insight & guidance, but prefer to implement changes independently.
